Spencer Lamy
Spencer Lamy is the CTO of Auris Technology. Since joining the company in 2002, Spencer has been responsible for successfully architecting and implementing Auris' core prepaid telephony platform as well as its cost-effective VoIP system - all through the use of open source software and systems that integrate multivendor hardware and software combinations. As part of the VoIP system, Spencer also designed a security solution to guard against hacking through an architecture system with topology hiding. Before joining the Auris team, he worked as a software engineer for Lucent Technologies and Motorola Inc. where he led software development teams working on a variety of projects. As demonstrated through his experience with Auris and other companies, Spencer has a proven record of creating innovative solutions that go well beyond conventional protocols - helping clients find creative ways to solve their technology challenges. Graduated with honors from Nova South Eastern University, with a Master's Degree in Computer Information System, with a concentration in the NSA Certified Security Program.

Omar Pesantes
Omar Pesantes is the Vice President of Operations for Auris Technology and has been a part of the Auris Technology team since 2003. Having started as Manager then Director of Customer Care his scope broadened as Auris’ reach into the marketplace and technology frontiers grew stronger. In the year prior to joining Auris he was a customer of the Auris Prepaid Platform as Director of Operations for United International Marketing (UIM). From 1999 through 2002, he worked at Radiant Telecom as Director of Customer Care where he provided customer service for over 20 companies and managed a call center staff of 120 members. Between 1998 And 1999 Omar worked at The Answer Group a renowned technical support outsource provider supervising a team of 24. Having worked in the telecom industry for 12 years, Omar has been all sides of the business thus providing him with a strong insight that helps to balance customer needs and company goals. Omar studied Biology at Nassau Community College in New York and at San Diego State University in California and shortly thereafter found his true career passion in technology. He is bilingual in English and Spanish as well as bicultural being of Ecuadorian descent.

Brian Pla
Brian Pla is the Vice President of Sales and Platform Service for Auris Technology, throughout his time at Auris, he has implemented successful revenue systems and negotiated deals to bring in large carriers and providers as partners. Brian's career launched in the financial industry in 1999, where he held different management positions for companies such as TradeStation Securities and Gain Capital. There he focused on attracting new revenue streams and bringing in high net worth customers and active traders. He later helped found a proprietary Foreign Currency trading company, EFX Group. Mr. Pla is a seasoned sales professional with over 10 years of experience in the financial and technology sectors. He has a Dual Bachelor's Degrees in International Business and Business Management from Florida International University.
