The hours of operation are 24 hours daily.

When calling to report a problem please have the following information ready. The trouble ticket process cannot begin without all the necessary information.

• Name,
• Company Name,
• Contact Number,
• Contact Email Address,
• PIN,
• Origination ANI,
• Destination Number,
• Time of problem,
• Description of Problem

For Trunk Group or Interconnection problems please include:
• Company Name,
• Contact Name,
• Contact Number,
• Contact Email Address,
• Trunk Group Name,
• IP Address,
• Circuit ID (if connection is TDM),
• Time of Problem,
• Description of Problem

You should receive an Update or Resolution within 2 to 4 hours of submitting your trouble ticket.

Our goal is to elevate the level of support offered to our customers. Extending NOC access to our customers is a great step towards that goal.

Please do not distribute NOC contact information to your customers or end-users. This contact is meant for Auris Technology Platform Customers only.

All others will be referred to our Customer Service Call Center.
